Bertrand R Pitt is an independent video artist working out of Montreal. His “Travellings” interactive exhibit inverts the thought-process of abstract art while putting the responsibility of interpretation on each individual viewer. Pitt tackles how we interpret time, distance and experience on our ‘travellings’ through pure electronic abstractions. Called a “visual and aural demonstration of the poetics of human flaw” by Tammy McGrath, Visual and Media Arts Programmer at the EPCOR Centre for the Performing Arts, Calgary, AB, this original exhibit is a must-experience.
